Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Ability to set goal/targets for the team and organization, co-ordination and leading the team

  • Impressive presentation skill and ability to persuade others.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

  • Develop and update go-to-market strategies for IoT products and solutions.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and online platforms.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and channel partners.

  • Regularly meet with potential clients to present IoT solutions and understand their needs.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized proposals, quotations, and solution designs.

  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders (especially in government and large enterprise sectors).

  • Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Linkedin, and others when required. 

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets is a must.

  • Monitor sales pipelines and convert leads to closed deals.

  • Track revenue growth, client retention, and upsell opportunities.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Stay updated with the company’s IoT products, platforms, and services.

  • Provide product demonstrations to clients and conduct training sessions if required.

  • Give feedback to R&D/Engineering teams based on customer input and market trends.
