Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying potential clients, understanding market trends, and analyzing competitor activities.
∎ Developing leads through various channels, including phone calls and emails, and maintaining records.
∎ Accompanying sales representatives on property visits to assist with client interactions and demonstrations.
∎ Preparing reports, documents, and client follow-up materials. Working closely with the sales team to achieve goals and contribute to overall sales efforts.
∎ Follow up and visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet, and in-person inquiries.
∎ Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and others when required.
