Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of Nexcent Group and its multiple real estate projects.
Maintain project-wise accounts, income, expenses, receivables, payables and cash flow.
Monitor client payments, installments, collections and outstanding balances.
Prepare monthly financial reports and management statements.
Ensure proper bank reconciliation and accurate financial documentation.
Monitor project budgets, expenses and financial performance.
Coordinate with management, sales team, auditors and tax/VAT consultants when required.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax and VAT regulations.
Experience:
3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in Real Estate or Project-based organizations.
Experience in handling multiple project accounts will be preferred.
