Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's business goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to ensure productivity and target achievement.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor team performance against established KPIs.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding customer networks, and developing effective marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the promotion and sales of the company's real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, existing clients, investors, and business partners.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, customer conversion, and long-term relationship management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, client engagement programs, and property presentations.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, evaluate business performance, and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and timely execution of business activities.
- Identify performance gaps, resolve operational challenges, and implement initiatives to improve sales efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure professional customer service and uphold the company's brand image in all sales and marketing activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
