Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
CA Course Completed from a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm, or partly qualified ICAB, ICMAB, ACCA, or an equivalent internationally recognized professional qualification.
Bachelor`s and/or Master`s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Relevant experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, Costing, Export Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Business Analytics will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
Principle Accountabilities:
- Act as a strategic finance partner to the Pharma Export business by supporting international business expansion through pricing, costing, profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making.
- Perform detailed margin and profitability analysis by product, SKU, customer, country, region, and sales channel
- Prepare and maintain product cost cards to support competitive pricing and customer quotations.
- Evaluate business proposals by assessing commercial viability, manufacturing capacity, profitability, and strategic alignment.
- Provide finance support to all international business segments, including Export, Contract Manufacturing (CMO), Toll Manufacturing, and International Tenders.
- Monitor and manage international inventory to ensure optimum stock availability and efficient working capital utilization.
- Oversee export receivables, including Letter of Credit (LC) realization, customer aging analysis, foreign exchange exposure, and compliance with banking regulations
- Support export regulatory compliance, including EXP documentation, Bangladesh Bank reporting, and export realization requirements.
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, monthly management reporting (MIS), dashboard preparation, etc.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Treasury to facilitate informed business decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end cash incentive and/ or duty drawback process from documentation and submission to realization, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and perform other finance and business analysis responsibilities as assigned by management.
