1. Manage overall inventory control and audit activities across multiple outlets.

2. Conduct regular physical stock audits, stock counts, and inventory reconciliation.

3. Identify and investigate stock shortages, excesses, damages, expiry, and variances.

4. Monitor GRN, stock receiving, transfer, issue, and adjustment processes.

5. Conduct surprise audits at outlets and warehouses.

6. Prepare inventory and audit reports with variance analysis.

7. Monitor stock movement and minimize inventory loss and shrinkage.

8. Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

9. Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, Procurement, and Outlet Teams.

10. Supervise and guide the Audit & Inventory team.

11. Take corrective action on inventory discrepancies and operational irregularities.
