Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Garments Accessories, Satellite TV, Spinning, Washing Factory

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Garments Accessories, Satellite TV, Spinning, Washing Factory

• Age At least 26 years

• Prepare Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns across the company entities as per Tax Base (43 companies).
• Manage RJSC-related activities including return filings, share allotment, new company formation, share transfers, and company winding-up processes.
• Prepare and submit monthly Withholding Returns to the Tax office.
• Prepare and maintain all ledgers under the company according to tax requirements.
• Handle Treasury Challans and manage submission to Bangladesh Bank and distribution to relevant parties.
• Manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) matters, including party-wise TDS calculations and regulatory compliance.
• Perform any other tax and compliance duties assigned by management.
