Experience:
ISO 9001 certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Technical Auditing and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Practical experience in audit and inspection.
Deep understanding of international buyer requirements and technical standards.
Experience in conducting technical audits for multiple international customers/brands, including Primark, George, Sainsbury’s and Next.
Experience working with international buyers and understanding their technical and quality requirements.
Experience with third-party technical audits is preferred, particularly with organizations such as UL, TÜV SÜD, Bureau Veritas (BV), Intertek (ITS) or SGS.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Good computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively with factory management and cross-functional teams.
Conduct internal technical and QMS audits based on customers’ codes of conduct, technical standards, and requirements, and prepare comprehensive audit reports with corrective action plans within the required timelines.
Follow up, monitor, and supervise QMS implementation in accordance with customers’ standards, guidelines and company requirements.
Monitor and maintain QMS compliance throughout the entire manufacturing process, covering all relevant areas from warehouse through to final shipment.
Conduct training for quality inspectors and other quality personnel on basic QMS, technical requirements, sharp tool control, metal control and other policies relevant to technical audits.
Develop, implement, and periodically review SOPs, procedures and policies based on customer and company requirements.
Drive Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, including implementation, monitoring and continual improvement.
Implement customer-specific technical requirements and conduct day-to-day monitoring to ensure ongoing compliance.
Maintain and control all quality-related documentation, records, SOPs and technical files, including proper Technical File and Document Control systems.
Work closely with factory management and relevant departments to ensure a clear understanding and effective implementation of customers’ technical requirements.
Manage and monitor metal detector controls, sharp tool controls, mold prevention, needle control and related processes in accordance with customer requirements.
Identify areas for improvement and support factories in implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform any other responsibilities and tasks assigned by management.
