Responsibilities & Context:

• Create, and refine first patterns using Gerber ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with design intent.

• Interpret sketches, CADs, tech packs, and inspiration samples to create well-engineered patterns suitable for development and production.

• Develop blocks, size sets, and grading rules aligned to brand standards.

• Apply deep knowledge of garment construction, fabric behaviour, and manufacturing methods to produce patterns that are fit-for-purpose and cost-efficient.

• Lead VC sessions with design team, conduct fit analysis, and propose balanced technical solutions while maintaining design vision.

• Create and update technical documentation including specs, measurement charts, pattern comments, and risk assessments.
