Experience:

• 8 to 10 years

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Degree in Fashion Designing from a reputed local or foreign university will be preferred.

• 8 to 10 years

• Age 35 to 45 years

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in fashion design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation.
• Proven experience in a leadership/managerial role within a fashion design team.
• Proficiency in CLO 3D, 3D Designing, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, materials, garment construction, and production processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, creative thinking, and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the fashion industry.

Job Context

H&F Fashion Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced Fashion Designer who can lead the design team, develop innovative and commercially successful collections, understand market trends, and contribute to competitive pricing while maintaining high product quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team by providing guidance, mentorship, and creative direction.
• Develop and execute seasonal collections aligned with brand identity, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Merchandising, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
• Conduct research on current fashion trends, fabrics, materials, techniques, and consumer preferences.
• Oversee the complete design process from concept development, sketching, and prototyping to final production.
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and timely completion of all collections and products.
• Present design concepts, sketches, prototypes, and collections to management and other stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop commercially viable and innovative products.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve designs and product offerings.
• Maintain strong brand standards and ensure design consistency across all product lines.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet required quality standards.
• Contribute creative ideas that balance design, quality, customer demand, and competitive pricing.
