Responsibilities & Context:

1. Lead and manage the overall Maintenance Department of the Suits & Blazers Factory.

2. Ensure smooth, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of all production machinery, equipment, electrical systems, utilities, and supporting facilities.

3. Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize machine breakdown and production downtime.

4. Plan and supervise routine inspection, servicing, repair, and overhauling of machinery and equipment.

5. Ensure maximum machine availability and optimum utilization of maintenance resources.

6. Monitor machine breakdowns, downtime, repair history, and maintenance performance and take appropriate corrective actions.

7. Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of sewing, cutting, fusing, pressing, finishing, boiler, compressor, generator, HVAC, and other relevant machinery and equipment.

8. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.

9. Maintain proper records of machine maintenance, breakdowns, spare parts, service history, and equipment performance.

10. Lead root-cause analysis of repeated machine failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
