• Diploma in Textile Engineering in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age 30 to 42 years
• Only Male

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• 8–12 years of experience in garment/textile marketing, with at least 3–5 years in subcontract dyeing/stenter operations.

• Strong knowledge of dyeing, finishing, and stenter processes.

• Proven track record in subcontract management and client relations.

• Any others task assigns by Management.

• Business Development & Client Relations

  • Identify and develop subcontract opportunities in dyeing and stenter processing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, buyers, and suppliers.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with subcontract partners.

• Order Management

  • Plan, allocate, and monitor subcontract dyeing and stenter orders to ensure timely completion.

  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to align subcontract activities with buyer requirements.

  • Track order progress and resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure subcontractors adhere to company quality standards and buyer specifications.

  • Monitor compliance with environmental, safety, and industry regulations.

  • Conduct regular audits of subcontract facilities to maintain standards.

• Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends in dyeing and finishing services.

  • Recommend strategies to expand subcontracting networks and improve competitiveness.

  • Provide insights to management on pricing, demand, and capacity utilization.

• Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead a team of marketing executives handling subcontract operations.

  • Prepare regular reports on subcontract performance, costs, and profitability.

  • Present updates to senior management and recommend improvements.
