Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Management.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in audit/accounts in garments or industrial organizations.
Sound knowledge of BEPZA rules and labor law.
Proficiency in computer applications and ERP/accounting software.
Strong integrity, analytical ability, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular audits of financial and administrative operations.
Verify production, purchase, sales, stock, and inventory records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide recommendations to strengthen internal control systems.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly audit reports to management.
Identify irregularities, wastage, or risks and assist in corrective measures.
Maintain confidentiality of all audit-related documents and records.
