Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Developer, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate, Shipping, Shopping mall, Trading or Export/Import

• Only Male

• Experience managing IT operations in a large manufacturing organization or diversified group of companies will be highly preferred.

• Proven experience in ERP implementation, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking and enterprise-level IT management.

  Additional Requirements:

• Strong leadership, strategic planning and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent knowledge of ERP, database management, networking and IT infrastructure.

• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing and enterprise IT governance.

• Ability to manage multiple IT projects and lead cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of IT budgeting, vendor management and technology procurement.

About Madina Group

We are looking for a highly experienced, strategic and dynamic IT professional to lead our Information Technology Department and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall IT strategy, policies and digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.

• Lead and supervise the IT department, ensuring efficient IT operations and service delivery across all business units.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, data centers and enterprise systems.

• Implement, manage and maintain ERP, HRIS, accounting, inventory, production and other business software solutions.

• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, backup management and business continuity.

• Lead IT system integration, automation and process improvement initiatives across the Group.

• Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, software licensing and technology investments.

• Ensure network security, access control, system monitoring and IT compliance.

• Provide strategic IT support to senior management and the Board of Directors through technology-driven solutions.

• Identify emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

• Establish IT policies, SOPs, documentation and performance monitoring systems.

• Develop and mentor IT professionals and ensure effective team performance.
