• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• Lead all dyeing and finishing operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

• Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently while meeting shipment deadlines.

• Optimize machine loading, batch planning, and production flow.

• Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and productivity.

• Ensure dyeing recipes and finishing processes are followed accurately.

• Monitor process parameters including temperature, pH, pressure, time, and liquor ratio.

• Minimize shade variation, reprocessing, and quality defects.

• Implement process improvements to reduce chemical, water, steam, and energy consumption.

• Ensure fabrics meet customer specifications for shade, GSM, width, shrinkage, pilling, rubbing fastness, wash fastness, and dimensional stability.

• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance and Laboratory teams to resolve quality issues.

• Maintain Right First Time (RFT) performance at the highest possible level.

• Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, Knitting, Laboratory, and Quality departments.

• Control re-dyeing and reprocessing costs.

• Lead and supervise Production Assistant Managers, Executives, Supervisors, and Operators.

• Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

• Promote 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.
