∎ Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to develop garment samples and prototypes.
∎ Review and provide technical input on garment designs, specifications, and construction methods to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
∎ Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials and finishes.
∎ Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
∎ Establish and enforce quality control processes to monitor the production of garments.
∎ Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of production to identify and address any quality issues, ensuring that garments meet the required standards.
∎ General supervision and technical guidance to the QA Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and quality of production.
