• Age At least 30 years

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Sweater/Knits Quality Control, with strong knowledge of sweater construction, quality standards, and AQL procedures.

• Experience in PP meetings, in-line and final inspections, factory follow-up, and corrective actions.

• Proven ability to lead and train QC teams and communicate effectively with factories, customers, and head office.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good command of English, with good MS Office and reporting skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and travel to factories across Bangladesh.

• Honest, responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.

• Make pp meeting at factory, conduct inline /final inspection as per company AQL standard, ensuring the products adhere to quality standards.

• Traveling in Bangladesh, gathering all technique information and preparing reports by evaluating products and summarizing data.

• Lead and train team to make sure factory follow up closely start from pp meeting stage and closely follow up factory correction and give solution for tech.

• Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to company standards.

• Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.

• Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products, closely contacting with head office and keep sustainable relationship with customers.

• Travel to assigned factories to conduct inspections.

• Other tasks assigned by managers.
