• Expert in sweater technical, full-process of manufacturing hands-on experience.
• Fluent English for cross-border technical communication.
• Ready for frequent travel abroad, such as Bangladesh, Cambodia, Jordan.
• Strong on-site problem solver, excellent communication & coordination skills.

Context:We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Sweater Technical Expert to oversee technical operations, production quality, and manufacturing processes across our global sweater manufacturing bases. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in sweater machine programming, machine setup, and technical parameter setting, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide practical solutions at factory level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Align global design & merchandising requirements with local factory workflows.
• Overseas travel to factories to oversee every core stage of sweater production: pattern grading, knitting programming, panel production, linking, garment shaping and post-finishing, deliver technical guidance to factories.
• Make PP Meeting at factories and conduct inspections based on AQL standards and generate reports.
• Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products, closely contacting with head office and keeping sustainable relationships with customers.
