Requirements

  • Experience Details: 6 to 10 years of practical experience in sewing machine maintenance and servicing within large-scale apparel factories.
  • Brand Experience: Experience with JUKI machinery is mandatory.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with JUKI training certificates or official JUKI certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise and lead a team of junior sewing mechanics and maintenance technicians.
• Develop and execute daily preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Minimize machinery downtime to ensure maximum operational efficiency across production lines.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, mechanical adjustments, and precise timing adjustments on complex sewing machinery.
• Manage inventory for critical spare parts, needles, and sewing machine oil.
• Collaborate with the Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Quality Assurance (QA) departments to implement optimal production layouts.
