• Industry Experience: Practical experience in the textile/RMG (apparel) industry, chemical manufacturing, major trading companies, or international logistics.
• Years of Experience: Approximately 6–9 years of practical experience in commercial/trading operations (specifically involving Hong Kong).

• Language Skills: Bengali (native) + Business-level English (essential for collaborating with the Japanese headquarters/expatriate staff and preparing English documentation).
• Soft Skills: High ethical standards (compliance adherence), problem-solving skills, strong negotiation skills, and numerical management ability.

  🔑 Mandatory Qualifications & Experience (5 Key Requirements)

Candidates must have clearly documented hands-on experience in the following five domains on their CV:

1. Bonded Warehouse Management & CBMS

   • Direct management of in-house factory bonded warehouses.

   • Implementation, online operation, and data management of the Customs Bond Management System (CBMS).

   • Handling annual bond audits and maintaining/updating In-Bond and Ex-Bond registers.

2. Consumption Rate & Yield Calculation (UD / UP / DEDO)

   • Calculating consumption rates and managing yield for dyes, chemicals, and raw materials.

   • Obtaining Utilization Permissions (UP), managing Utilization Declarations (UD), and processing entitlements.

3. Import L/C, Customs Clearance & Cost Reduction

   • Opening, negotiating, and settling import L/Cs, along with arranging customs documentation.

   • Managing C&F agents and shipping lines, reducing port lead times, and achieving demurrage cost savings.

4. Authority Negotiations & Case Handling

   • Direct negotiation with government authorities including NBR (National Board of Revenue), Customs Bond Commissionerate, and CIID.

   • Drafting responses to Show Cause Notices (SCN), attending formal hearings, and directly resolving bonding disputes or legal matters.

5. Industry Experience (Chemicals / Textile Chemicals)

   • Practical Commercial / Bond & Customs experience in companies manufacturing or trading chemicals, dyes/pigments, paints/coatings, specialty chemical materials, or textile chemicals is highly valued.
