Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities & Context
Project Sales & Business Development: Generate leads and develop sales opportunities in industrial, commercial and institutional sectors.
Synchronization System Sales: Promote and sell DG synchronization solutions, including DG-to-DG, DG-to-Grid and synchronization with existing power generation systems.
Project Coordination & Execution Support: Coordinate with the service, engineering, projects and procurement teams to ensure smooth project implementation. Follow up technical approvals, purchase orders, material delivery, installation, commissioning and customer acceptance.
Quotation, Costing and Profitability: Prepare project costing, quotations, and commercial proposals in coordination with relevant departments.
Customer & Vendor Coordination: Arrange technical presentations, customer meetings and product demonstrations when required.
Sales Target & Reporting: Achieve assigned sales, order booking and collection targets. Maintain an updated sales pipeline, project database and customer follow up records.
After Sales & Customer Satisfaction: Coordination with service and project execution team to address customer concerns related to synchronization systems and project installations. Ensure proper handover of completed projects and customer satisfaction for repeated sales opportunities.
