Responsibilities & Context
Coordinate and administer diesel generator (DG) electrical service activities comprising troubleshooting, maintenance and technical support.
Ensure warranty claim for DG sets and Datacom controllers including claim documentation, submission, follow-up and settlement with principals.
Coordination with customers, service team and principals to resolve technical issues related to DG electrical systems and Datacom products.
Maintain service records, warranty database, technical reports and customer complain log etc.
Coordination with principals regarding technical queries, warranty approvals, spare parts and product related issues.
Monitor warranty claim status and ensure timely resolution in accordance with principal’s warranty policies.
Assist in commissioning, troubleshooting and after sales support for Datacom controllers and accessories.
Prepare periodic reports on service activities, warranty claims, pending cases and customer feedback.
