Responsibilities & Context
Calculate and analyze Standard Minute Value (SMV) for woven garments.
Conduct method study, time study, and motion study to improve production efficiency.
Perform sewing line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower allocation.
Monitor line efficiency, productivity, hourly production, and achievement against targets.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve workflow.
Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports.
Optimize machine layout, operation breakdown, and operator utilization.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other relevant departments.
Support new style implementation, pre-production activities, and target setting.
Lead and guide the IE team to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste minimization, and continuous improvement.
