Junior Executive – Freight Forwarding Operations

• Age 23 to 40 years

1.Ability to write business emails and communicate effectively in English. 2. Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word, with strong numerical and calculation skills. 3. Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently. 4. Strong willingness to learn freight forwarding and international logistics. 5. Relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics will be an advantage.

1. Assist with air and sea freight forwarding, import/export operations, and customs clearance.

2. Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and billing records.

3. Coordinate with customers, carriers, and vendors.

4. Maintain operational records using Excel and QuickBooks and prepare regular reports.

5. Assist with bank remittance documentation and related coordination.
