Executive - Finance & Accounts

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (Majoring in Finance/Accounting)

CA-CC (Partly Qualified will be preferred)

Lead day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, billing, treasury, fixed assets, and monthly/year-end closing.

Oversee revenue and billing accuracy, credit control, collection, vendor payments, and working capital management to ensure healthy cash flow.

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and Budget vs. Actual analysis, providing actionable recommendations to management.

Analyze financial performance and profitability by customer, shipment, product, route, branch, and business segment to identify cost optimization opportunities.

Prepare and present management reports, including P&L, Statement of Financial Position, Cash Flow, financial KPIs, and other MIS dashboards.

Ensure compliance with applicable tax, VAT, statutory requirements, and internal and external audit standards; facilitate timely resolution of audit observations.

Strengthen financial governance through effective internal controls, SOPs, approval matrices, and ERP-driven automation of finance processes.
