Additional Requirements
Nice to have
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and others), or with PLM, PIM or MES systems.
• Knowledge of EDI, message queues or ETL tools.
• Experience with single sign-on, Keycloak, SAML or OpenID Connect.

First 90 days
• Days 1 to 30: learn the platform, its data model and our integration approach. Set up your
environment and complete a small integration fix with review.
• Days 31 to 60: build one customer integration end to end, from mapping through to tested data flow, with a written specification.
• Days 61 to 90: support a customer go-live, own its integration monitoring and runbook, and propose one reusable connector or improvement.
Responsibilities & Context
Role overview
DigiProd Pass Ltd is hiring an Integration Engineer for our Implementation Services team. You will connect our Digital Product Passport platform to our customers’ systems, so that product data flows reliably from their ERP, PLM and other sources into compliant, live passports.
About DigiProd Pass Ltd. We are a Digital Product Passport (DPP) software company, part of TVS Group. Our platform helps manufacturers create, manage and share the product data that EU regulation, including the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), increasingly requires. Our engineering team is based in Bangladesh. The Implementation Services team turns each new customer into a live deployment: configuring, integrating and extending the platform to fit their products and systems. We work through the platform’s APIs and configuration options, and we do not change the core product, which our product engineering teams own.
What you will do
• Connect DigiProd Pass to customer systems such as SAP, Oracle and other ERP, PLM/MES and supplier systems, using the platform’s APIs, file exchange (CSV, XML, EDI) and scheduled jobs.
• Build integration services and data pipelines that run outside the core platform, mainly in TypeScript and Node.js, with transformation, validation, error handling, retries and monitoring.
• Map customer product data to our passport data models and to the relevant standards, such as GS1 Digital Link, EPCIS 2.0, UNTP and W3C Verifiable Credentials.
• Configure the platform for each customer, including passport templates, data models and single sign-on with the customer’s identity provider.
• Diagnose integration failures in customer environments by reading logs, tracing data and finding
the root cause. Fix them, or escalate with a clear report when the cause is in the core platform.
• Write integration specifications, mapping documents and runbooks that the support team can use after go-live.
• Work with the project lead on technical scoping and estimates before each implementation starts.
• Record API gaps and feature requests for the product engineering teams, and turn repeated customer work into reusable integration patterns.
What you need
• At least 3 years in integration, data engineering or backend development, ideally delivering projects for business customers.
• Strong TypeScript or JavaScript on Node.js, which is the language of our platform.
• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs (including OpenAPI), JSON and XML, and authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Good SQL, and experience with a relational database such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience mapping and transforming data between systems, including validating it and handling errors.
• Comfortable with Git, and with reading logs and tracing problems across systems.
• Clear written and spoken English. You will explain technical problems to non-engineers and to customers.
• Able to work independently on a customer deliverable and ask early when blocked.
