Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts, cash books, and financial records.
- Prepare project-wise costing, budgets, and expense reports.
- Manage vendor bills, supplier payments, and outstanding dues.
- Monitor accounts receivable, payable, and cash flow.
- Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and loan documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Manage VAT, tax, and other regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams regarding material purchases and payments.
- Ensure timely financial reporting and proper documentation.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Honest, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
