Job Context: Worksprout is looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to join our development team. The selected candidate will develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms, delivering responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance experiences.
This position requires strong ownership of the mobile application lifecycle, from UI development and API integration to testing, publishing, and ongoing maintenance on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You will collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to build scalable, reliable, and secure mobile solutions using Flutter, Dart, and modern development best practices.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance Android and iOS applications using Flutter and Dart.
Design responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile application interfaces following mobile UI/UX principles.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, handling JSON data and HTTP requests efficiently.
Implement authentication, push notifications, payment gateways, Google Maps, GPS, camera, and other mobile application features.
Manage application state using suitable state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
Work with Firebase services, including Authentication and Cloud Messaging, and local storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive, or SharedPreferences.
Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to deliver features on schedule.
Debug, troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following clean architecture and SOLID principles.
Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively within a development team, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated application builds.
