Responsibilities & Context
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions
Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, and billing documents
To prepare & check cash vouchers / bank vouchers with supporting papers are prepared properly.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledger records
Ensure proper record-keeping and organized filing of financial documents
Efficiently manage urgent and high-priority assignments
Maintaining accurate accounting records and preparing journal entries.
Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of MS Office, Data Entry, Internet Browsing & Troyee Accounting Software.
To comply with any other task as assigned by the authority.
