We are looking for a professional, well-spoken, service-oriented, and digitally skilled candidate with an architectural background to manage client communication, customer support, client site visits, social media coordination, and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, social media, and face-to-face meetings.

• Explain architectural services, design processes, project updates, pricing procedures, and service procedures clearly and professionally.

• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, timely follow-up, and professional support.

• Record customer requirements, feedback, complaints, and service requests; coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

• Coordinate with architectural, engineering, and project teams to provide accurate information to clients.

• Arrange and participate in client site visits when required; support site-related communication and follow-up.

• Coordinate after-sales support and maintenance-related enquiries.

• Manage Facebook page coordination, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a professional online presence.

• Support basic social media marketing activities, including content ideas, post coordination, client engagement, and lead follow-up.

• Support digital marketing activities such as online enquiries, lead tracking, promotional campaigns, and customer communication.

• Prepare professional emails, messages, meeting notes, client reports, and customer service reports.

• Maintain client databases, communication records, and follow-up schedules.

• Use digital tools and AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude to support drafting, documentation, marketing content, and daily communication.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or Diploma in Architecture.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer relations, client service, architectural consultancy, real estate, construction, digital marketing, or a related sector.

Required Skills

• Strong writing and speaking skills in both Bangla and English.

• Clear pronunciation, professional telephone etiquette, and confident presentation skills.

• Basic working knowledge of Facebook, WhatsApp Business, email, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, and Claude.

• Basic understanding of social media marketing, digital marketing, and online lead handling.

• Ability to understand architectural drawings and communicate technical information in simple language.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to attend client site visits when required.

• Patience, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: BDT 20,000–30,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
