Preparing Material Specifications and Estimating Quantities for Maintenance and Rectification Works.
Directly Supervising In-house Technicians and External Contractors to Ensure Proper Work Execution.
Verifying Material Quality and Ensuring Compliance with Approval.
Inspecting Completed Works and Ensuring Proper Rectification.
Monitoring Utility Services, Electrical Fixtures, Plumbing, Sanitary Fittings, Doors, Windows and Other Apartment Components.
Ensuring Proper Cleaning, Ventilation and Overall Upkeep of Unsold and Non-Handover Apartments.
Maintaining an Updated Apartment-Wise Maintenance History and Rectification Cost Records.
Identifying Cost-Saving Opportunities Without Compromising Work Quality.
Reporting Urgent Defects, Potential Risks and Major Maintenance Issues to the Concerned Authority.
