• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies

• Management Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in a Senior Supervisor role or higher
• Experience in JUKI sewing machine maintenance
• Years of Experience: Minimum 6 years of industry experience (Experience in apparel/woven manufacturing is required)
• Management Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in a Senior Supervisor role or higher
• Skills: Practical proficiency in MS Office
• Demographics / Age: Age 26 and above / Male only

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Formulate and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for all machinery and utility equipment (compressors, generators, etc.).
• Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee breakdown repairs, minimize downtime, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence of technical failures.
• Parts & Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory and forecast demand to prevent production bottlenecks while avoiding excess stock.
• Team Management: Supervise and assign tasks to the field team (mechanics, electricians, technicians) and monitor daily performance.
• Procurement Coordination: Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) for machinery, tools, and consumables in coordination with the procurement department.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Communicate and liaise with all departments to achieve maintenance and company goals.
