• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 6 years

Requirements

• Ability to manage subordinates and associates to maintain zero defects.
• Deep understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
• Solid knowledge of pre-production activities aimed at achieving zero defects.

Experience:

• • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in the Automobile sector or with Overseas Companies is required

Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context

• Oversee daily in-process quality audits across cutting, sewing, and assembly processes to detect defects at an early stage.
• Drive continuous Improvement (Kaizen) activities to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
• Improve quality through the implementation and embedding of Six Sigma and QC tools.
• Train and mentor inspectors, supervisors, and in-charges to strengthen quality management practices.
