• Familiarity with quality standards and processes, US market is preferred

• Knowledge of the product to perform accurate quality control

• Attention to detail

• Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws

• Interpersonal and management skills, good communication skills

• Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards

• A good command of the English language.

• Attend PP meeting to well understand the quality standard and communicate with factories about the requirements
• Conduct in-line and final inspection in accordance with approval samples, ensuring that products shipped adhere to quality standards
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and pictures
• Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
• Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
• Detect quality problems and guide factories to solve the problems to meet customers' requirements
• Travel to assigned factories to conduct inspections
• Report the problems to managers when needed
• Finish other works assigned by manager
