• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology

• Age 27 to 40 years

• Experience in Lingerie Item ( Boxer, Bra, Swimsuit, Sports Wear etc) will be preferred.

A reputed 100% Compliance, RMG Knit factory is looking for potential candidates as Executive (Industrial Engineering Department).

• Set daily production targets and analyze operational efficiency across various production processes.

• Enter order-sheet data into monitoring sheets and register books, and regularly update booking sheets.

• Prepare machinery layouts using drafting tools or Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

• Prepare production plans for cutting, sewing, and finishing in consultation with the respective department heads.

• Maintain and regularly update databases for machines, folders, attachments, and employee skills; forecast future capacity requirements and identify demand-supply gaps.

• Conduct bottleneck analysis and analyze loss-time reports to identify operational issues and ensure smooth production flow.

• Monitor machine breakdown status and assist in implementing measures to minimize machine-related loss time.

• Participate in cost-effective operational improvement initiatives and support planning for non-financial incentives and employee recognition programs.

• Support workplace and line-feeding arrangements to ensure smooth production operations.

• Generate required operational reports and circulate them to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Monitor production-related data and provide analytical insights to support operational decision-making and productivity improvement.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on identified production issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
