Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and execute business process improvement plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate with software developers to communicate business requirements and facilitate system development and enhancement.
Implement and align system processes with actual production and operational workflows.
Conduct system user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective process and system implementation.
Analyze operational data and prepare accurate reports and insights for management decision-making.
Monitor existing system issues, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution in accordance with standard processes and procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and effective utilization of business systems.
