• Proficient in English

• Develop accurate garment patterns for woven and activewear products based on buyer tech packs, sketches, samples, and measurement specifications.

• Create and modify patterns using Optitex CAD software.

• Analyze buyer comments and implement necessary pattern corrections to achieve the required fit and garment appearance.

• Verify pattern measurements and conduct pattern checking before sample and bulk cutting.

• Prepare grading specifications and ensure size consistency across all size ranges.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Technical, Sample, CAD, Cutting, and Production teams throughout product development and bulk production.

• Collaborate with Buying Technicians to resolve fitting and pattern-related issues.

• Participate in pre-production (PP) meetings and provide technical support regarding patterns.

• Review tech packs and communicate with Merchandising to clarify any discrepancies in design sketches, measurements, or technical specifications.

• Recommend pattern and measurement adjustments based on fitting results to meet buyer expectations.

• Ensure all patterns are production-friendly and suitable for bulk manufacturing.

• Maintain pattern records, measurement charts, grading files, and technical documentation for future reference.

• Follow company quality standards, buyer requirements, and production timelines.
