• Graduates from reputed fashion institutes will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in the following business area(s):
• Luxury Fashion Brands
• Fashion Houses
• Apparel & Garment Industry
• Boutique Fashion Brands
• Export-Oriented Garments
• Lifestyle & Luxury Product Companies

Additional Requirements:

• Strong creativity with excellent fashion illustration skills.
• Knowledge of luxury fabrics, garment construction, and pattern development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CLO 3D, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design premium shirts, suits, jackets, couture collections, and luxury apparel.
• Develop seasonal fashion collections aligned with international trends.
• Select luxury fabrics, trims, accessories, and color palettes.
• Prepare sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and tech packs.
• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to ensure product quality.
• Conduct fashion trend research and market analysis.
• Develop signature collections reflecting the identity of La Toya Jackson Fashion & Lifestyle.
• Ensure all designs meet international luxury fashion standards.

Salary: The salary for this position is Negotiable and will be based on the candidate`s experience, skills, and qualifications.
