• Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production activities.

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved efficiently.

• Prepare and monitor production plans according to customer orders and delivery schedules.

• Ensure products are manufactured according to required specifications and quality standards.

• Coordinate with Quality, Store, Maintenance, Commercial, and Management teams for smooth production operations.

• Monitor machine utilization, manpower allocation, productivity, and production efficiency.

• Identify production bottlenecks and take immediate corrective actions.

• Minimize production wastage, rejection, rework, and unnecessary downtime.

• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and production resources.

• Monitor production reports and ensure accurate reporting to management.

• Ensure timely completion of orders and maintain delivery commitments.

• Supervise, guide, and evaluate production supervisors, operators, and workers.

• Maintain workplace discipline, safety, cleanliness, and compliance requirements.

• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production costs.

• Immediately report major production, quality, machinery, or manpower issues to management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

• Candidates with relevant technical/engineering education will be given preference.

• Educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates with extensive practical experience in the garments accessories industry.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in garments accessories manufacturing.

• Must have practical experience in a supervisory/managerial role in a production department.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, manpower management, wastage control, and productivity improvement is required.

• Experience in handling large production teams will be an added advantage.
