Job Summary
A leading Denim Textile & Woven/Denim Garments manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and technically competent professional for the position of Manager – Electrical & Electronics. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of electrical and electronic systems, improving equipment reliability, optimizing energy consumption, and supporting uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all electrical and electronic operations within the factory.
Ensure the continuous operation of production and utility equipment.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Oversee power distribution systems, substations, generators, transformers, and electrical panels.
Monitor PLC, VFD, automation, and industrial control systems.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment to minimize downtime.
Support machinery installation, commissioning, and modification activities.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and improve electrical efficiency.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with production and engineering teams.
