• Computer knowledge in email, Internet, MS Word, and MS Excel is desirable.

Context:

We are one of the fastest-growing 100% export-oriented Knit Garments Manufacturers, looking for dynamic & highly professional female merchandisers who are capable of running or assisting the Marketing & Merchandising team.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring:

• Checking all emails every day and replying where necessary on a first-priority basis. Distribute all inquiries among the team associates.

Order Management:

• Coordinate with team members to confirm order details, including specifications, deadlines, and requirements.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with design teams to develop samples, review technical specifications, and ensure that garment design and quality meet client standards.

Vendor Liaison:

• Work closely with the SCD for the supply of all materials on time.

Production Monitoring:

• Oversee the production process, monitor progress, and troubleshoot any issues to prevent delays or quality compromises.

Quality Control:

• Cooperate with team members to ensure that garments meet quality standards by coordinating with the quality assurance team to inspect production batches.

Documentation:

• Maintain records of orders, production schedules, sample approvals, quality reports, and shipment details.

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, handling any transportation or customs requirements as needed.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with production planning, cutting, printing, sewing, finishing, and shipment arrangement with the factory;

Order follow-up:

• TNA, SOP, Raw material status, Production, In-time shipment, Proceed realization, Process loss control, Customs bond and all regulatory compliance

• Mobile bill, Insurance

• Salary Review: Yearly
