∎ We are one of the fast growing 100% export oriented Knit Garments Manufacturer, looking for dynamic & highly professional female merchandisers who capable to run or assist Marketing & Merchandising team.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring:
∎ Checking all mails every day and reply where necessary first priority basis. Distribute all the inquiry among the team associates.
∎ Order Management:
∎ Coordinate with team members to confirm order details, including  specifications, deadlines, and requirements.
∎ Product Development:
∎ Collaborate with design teams to develop samples, review technical specifications, and ensure that garment design and quality meet client standards.
∎ Vendor Liaison:
∎ Work closely with the SCD for supply of all materials in time.
∎ Production Monitoring:
∎ Oversee the production process, monitor progress, and troubleshoot any issues to prevent delays or quality compromises.
∎ Quality Control:
∎ Cooperate to team members to ensure that garments meet quality standards by coordinating with the  quality assurance team to inspect production batches.
∎ Documentation:
∎ Maintain records of orders, production schedules, sample approvals, quality reports, and shipment details.
∎ Logistics Coordination:
∎ Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, handling any transportation or customs requirements as needed.
∎ Coordination:
∎ Co-ordinate with production planning, cutting, printing, sewing, finishing and shipment arrangement with factory;
∎ Order follow-up:
∎ TNA, SOP, Raw material status, Production, In-time shipment, Proceed realization, Process loss control, Customs bond and all regulatory compliance
