• Age At least 28 years

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in merchandising (preferably in garments/textiles).

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple orders and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.

• Manage and oversee the merchandising process from development to shipment.

• Communicate effectively with buyers, suppliers, and production teams.

• Ensure timely order execution and maintain quality standards.

• Prepare costing, price negotiation, and order confirmation.

• Monitor production progress and resolve any issues promptly.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

• Ability to handle sample development, costing, price negotiation, and order confirmation.

• Factory and production follow-up with TNA

• Ability to control factory and party effectively.
