Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in merchandising (preferably in garments/textiles).

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.

• Ability to handle multiple orders and work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications and company standards.

• Ensure timely order execution and maintain quality standards.

• Ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and keeping data

• Conduct in-line and final inspections, prepare quality reports, and maintain documentation.

• Identify defects and suggest corrective actions to improve production efficiency.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with quality parameters.

• Assist in buyer inspection and maintain communication regarding quality issues.

• Strong knowledge of AQL standards, fabric inspection, and quality control systems.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with standard.
