Proven experience in large-scale garments manufacturing unit.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
For highly deserving candidates working experience and others requirements might be relaxed.
Responsibilities & Context:
Review new styles, tech packs, measurements, and construction details.
Analyze garment construction for production feasibility and efficiency.
Develop efficient sewing and operation sequences.
Calculate and validate SMV for garments and operations. Support line layout and workstation planning.
Reduce cycle time, unnecessary handling, WIP, and operator movement.
Monitor and improve productivity and process efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational targets are met.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
