• 12–15+ years of relevant experience in Knit Garments, with strong exposure to Pattern, Sample & CAD.

• Candidates currently working in Head / Senior Manager / Manager – Technical, Pattern, Sample or CAD roles will be preferred.

• Strong experience in handling buyer requirements, fit development, pattern correction, grading and technical problem-solving is essential.

• Strong knowledge of Knit Garments construction, pattern making and sample development.

• Excellent understanding of CAD-based pattern development and grading.

• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage a technical team and work under tight deadlines.

• Experience with reputed export-oriented knit garment manufacturers/buyers will be highly preferred.

• Lead and manage the Pattern, Sample & CAD team for the Knit Business.

• Oversee the complete technical development process from design concept to production-ready samples.

• Develop, review and approve patterns, measurements, grading and technical specifications.

• Ensure accurate and timely development of patterns, samples and CAD files as per buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Design, Production, IE and Quality teams for smooth product development.

• Review fit, construction, measurements and technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Ensure proper execution of fit samples, size sets, pre-production samples and production patterns.

• Monitor technical accuracy and minimize pattern/sample-related issues, alterations and production rejections.

• Guide and develop team members and ensure efficient utilization of CAD and technical resources.

• Ensure all technical activities comply with buyer requirements, approved specifications and production standards.
