Experience:

• At least 11 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Design, Textile Engineering or relevant discipline.

• Professional training/certification in Pattern Making/CAD will be an added advantage.

• Age At least 35 years

• 12–15+ years of relevant experience in Knit Garments, with strong exposure to Pattern, Sample & CAD.

• Candidates currently working in Head / Senior Manager / Manager – Technical, Pattern, Sample or CAD roles will be preferred.

• Strong experience in handling buyer requirements, fit development, pattern correction, grading and technical problem-solving is essential.

• Strong knowledge of Knit Garments construction, pattern making and sample development.

• Excellent understanding of CAD-based pattern development and grading.

• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage a technical team and work under tight deadlines.

• Experience with reputed export-oriented knit garment manufacturers/buyers will be highly preferred.

1. Lead and manage the Pattern, Sample & CAD team for the Knit Business.

2. Oversee the complete technical development process from design concept to production-ready samples.

3. Develop, review and approve patterns, measurements, grading and technical specifications.

4. Ensure accurate and timely development of patterns, samples and CAD files as per buyer requirements.

5. Coordinate with Merchandising, Design, Production, IE and Quality teams for smooth product development.

6. Review fit, construction, measurements and technical issues and provide effective solutions.

7. Ensure proper execution of fit samples, size sets, pre-production samples and production patterns.

8. Monitor technical accuracy and minimize pattern/sample-related issues, alterations and production rejections.

9. Guide and develop team members and ensure efficient utilization of CAD and technical resources.

10. Ensure all technical activities comply with buyer requirements, approved specifications and production standards.
