CA-CC (Course Complete), CMA (part/fully qualified), or ACCA background will get priority.

We are a 100% export oriented established bag manufacturing company based in Dhaka. We are looking for a skilled Accounts Manager to oversee daily finance & accounting operations, and management information reporting (MIS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions: cash/bank transactions, journal entries, ledger maintenance

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management

• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliation

• Prepare cost sheets, production cost analysis, and raw material costing (fabric, accessories, etc.)

• Oversee payroll processing and factory-related statutory payments

• Coordinate with the factory/production team for cost control and inventory valuation

• Ensure timely VAT, Tax, and other regulatory compliance/filings

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis

• Support internal and external audits

• Lead internal/external audits and collaborate with HR to verify factory payroll and worker benefits.
