Experience:
BSC in textile engineering / Apparel manufacturing technology
Experience on ERP will be priority.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven track record of professional coordination with international buyer hubs/liaison offices.
Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of woven shirt sewing/construction, pattern logic, garment processing, and accessory sourcing.
Sustainability Compliance: Practical experience in issuing, tracking, and validating Transaction Certificates (TC) for sustainable raw materials.
Interpersonal Approach: Exceptionally gentle demeanor, well-behaved, respectful demeanor, and strong soft skills when interacting with buyers, suppliers, and factory staff.
Work Ethic: Resilience and adaptability to handle tight deadlines, high-volume order workloads, and pressure in a fast-paced environment.
T&A Maintenance & Daily Buyer Updates: Maintain a precise Time & Action (T&A) plan for all orders, monitor critical path milestones, and proactively update the buyer on a daily basis with steady progress reports and accurate status trackers.
Buyer Communication & Approvals: Serve as the primary liaison for the C&A Dhaka HUB to secure timely approvals for lab dips, strike-offs, fit samples, PP samples, and production trim submission charts.
Woven Shirt Processing: Oversee the end-to-end execution of woven shirt orders, maintaining a deep technical understanding of shirt construction, washing processes, fabric properties, and specialized accessories.
Sustainable Sourcing & TC Generation: Coordinate with fabric suppliers, testing bodies, and internal teams to obtain Transaction Certificates (TC) for sustainable fibers (e.g., GOTS, OCS, GRS, BCI) to ensure buyer compliance.
Accessories & Trim Management: Source, develop, and track all necessary shirt accessories (interlinings, buttons, labels, polybags, hangtags, and packaging material) against approved BOMs.
Daily Merchandising Workflows: Prepare costing sheets, issue internal factory work orders, review sample accuracy before submission, and manage day-to-day buyer correspondence.
