Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Experienced in QMS, SOP development, process improvement, or training within a garments manufacturing unit.

  • Familiarity with 5S, ISO 9001/QMS principles, internal audit, and continuous improvement.

  • Good presentation, communication, facilitation, and training skills.

  • Experience conducting training for workers, supervisors, and management will be an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context

The QMS & SOP Trainer will act as a strategic partner to the Learning & Organizational Development function, driving process standardization, quality culture, and operational capability development across factory operations. This role ensures institutionalization of SOP-based working culture aligned with business goals, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct practical and classroom-based training sessions for Operators, QCs, Supervisors, Production Teams, and Mid-level Management.

  • Cover training areas including Quality Standards, Measurements, Workmanship, Product Safety, RCA, Process Control, and Leadership Development.

  • Establish performance evaluation mechanisms linking training outcomes to KPIs, DHU, and skill matrix assessments.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Maintain training documentation, SOP compliance records, and monthly reports.

  • Support internal audits and corrective action follow-ups.

  • Partner with factory leadership to integrate training initiatives into continuous improvement and quality programs.
